Our expertise span several decades of hands-on experience, subject-matter know-hows, specialized skills and exposure garnered while serving qualitatively in different areas and capacities in all fields of aviation operations.

Captain Omololu Sunday Adegbuyi

Managing Director

Capt. Sunny (as he is popularly called), is a seasoned helicopter pilot with well over 30 years flying experience in commercial air transportation. He has handled off-shore and on-shore flying with distinction and has a cumulative of 11,120 flying hours.

He is a well read, well-bred aviation professional with deep industry experience, expertise and skill at operational, managerial, and executive levels. He has gained a wealth of experience working with Aero Contractors, Bristow Helicopters and Caverton Helicopters to name a few.

A graduate of the General Management Course at Cranfield University, UK, Capt. Sunny is possessed of several aviation licenses (ATPL-H, CPL-A and Ground Instruction with Basic, Advanced & Instruments Ratings). He has attended various professional and management courses in the USA, UK and Europe.

He is a member of the Aviation Safety Verification Team of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the Institute of Management Consultants, the Helicopter Association International (USA), and the Cranfield Management Association (UK). He brings in about 38 years of aviation expertise to steer the ship of Omni-Blu Aviation into making a giant leap into its business and corporate objectives.

Ms. Joy Duncan LL.B, BL, MBA (UK)

Executive Director – Corporate & Admin Services

Joy is an accomplished law professional and business manager with over 27 years post-call private and public sector experience. She possesses over a decade long Executive Management exposure in the aviation industry where she has served in Administrative, Human Capital Management, Business Development and Legal Advisory capacities as well as 17 years practical managerial experience, competencies and expertise in Aviation, Insurance, Trusteeship and Law consulting/practice.

She is a founding member and one of the promoters of Omni-Blu Aviation, widely trained and holds an I.A.T.A diploma in Aviation Law. With a 1989 LL.B (Hons.) and 1990 BL. law qualifications, she has been called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and an Executive Masters (UK) in Project Management.

Captain Kenneth Wemambu

Director of Operations

Capt. Kenneth is a veteran Pilot, Turbo-jet powered flight Engineer, safety inspector, Flight Dispatcher, Pilots’ and Flight Engineers’ Systems Ground School Instructor, Simulator and Instructor/Examiner.

He holds an MBA from the Metropolitan College, London, UK. He Majored in Corporate Strategic Planning. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the certified institute of Public Administrators, Nigeria, a Grand Fellow of the Certified Institute of Public Administrators, Ghana; and has been admitted into the Chartered Institute of Public Managers as a fellow. He is seized of over 32 years’ experience with a combined flight time of over 13,500 hours as a Pilot and Flight Engineer. During same period, he operated as a classroom instructor for Pilots and Flight Engineers on contract with the Directorate of Safety Regulations and Monitoring (DSRAM), an agency under the Federal Civil Aviation Authority (FCAA) for 5 years (June 1996- February 2002).

He was a B727 Flight Engineering Instructor and Flight Safety Manager in IRS, and rose to become its Director of Operations in March 2002. He promoted and served as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Kilofox Nigeria Limited and Country Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Airstream Aviation Services Limited.
He is currently the Director of Operations for Omni-Blu Aviation.

Air Commodore E. B Fisher (Rtd.), B.Sc, MNI

General Manager, Ground Operations

Air Commodore E. B Fisher is a retired Air Traffic Controller with over 3 decades industry experience. He worked in the Nigerian Air Force for several years and served in many operational and management capacities including serving as Director, Search & Rescue at Nigeria Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and as Director, Air Traffic Services at the Nigerian Air Force Headquarters. As a practitioner of renown in aviation operations, he is a valuable asset to the team as he brings with him a wealth of experience, skill and expertise in ground operations management and operations at large.

Capt. Oladeji Folayan B.Bs, M.Sc, ATPL

Safety Manager/Pilot

Folayan Oladeji is a multi-discipline professional with a total of over 22 years of experience in ICT, Oil & Gas and Aviation industries. He is a Boeing 737 Pilot with an Airline Transport License, and an ICAO Aviation-SMS Instructor. He holds a Bachelors of Business Degree (B.Bs) in Aviation and Transport Management, from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, an HND and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. In 2013 he went on to earn a certification in Total Quality Management (TQM), and also sat the PRINCE 2 Professional Project Management exam (the quality framework for project quality monitoring in the EU) and became registered as Certified Project Practitioner with APMG, Buckinghamshire, England.

Capt. Folayan initially started off his career as a Computer Software Application Programmer and worked with Exxon-Mobil in various capacity as Geo-Science Application Database Administrator Trainee, Communication Technician and Coordinator, Projects and Housing Facilities Management before making a career change into aviation. He held positions in the aviation as a line pilot with additional responsibilities as Pilot in Command, Manager Aviation Operation and Technical Trainings, Operations Supervisor, Operations Quality Inspector and Safety Manager. He was appointed by FAAN-NCAA as Lead Instructor & Program Manager (Airside Safety) with responsibility for course content development, ground training, assessment and certification of participants to close the Gap Analysis (Training requirement) in the NIGERIA-FAA CATEGORY 1 Certification Exercise. He was recently appointed as the Safety Manager by OMNIBLU AVIATION Limited.
