Captain James Ayodele Daniel
Managing Director / Accountable Manager
A Seasoned professional with over 30 years work experience within the aviation sector (Fixed and rotary wing aircrafts) and in various other managerial positions, Captain Daniel comes with an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, process re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma, Blockchain, Project Management) and their commercial applications in both aviation and logistics.
Ms. Joy Duncan LL.B, BL, MBA (UK)
Executive Director – Corporate & Admin Services
Joy is an accomplished law professional and business manager with over 27 years post-call private and public sector experience. She possesses over a decade long Executive Management exposure in the aviation industry where she has served in Administrative, Human Capital Management, Business Development and Legal Advisory capacities as well as 17 years practical managerial experience, competencies and expertise in Aviation, Insurance, Trusteeship and Law consulting/practice.
She is a founding member and one of the promoters of Omni-Blu Aviation, widely trained and holds an I.A.T.A diploma in Aviation Law. With a 1989 LL.B (Hons.) and 1990 BL. law qualifications, she has been called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and an Executive Masters (UK) in Project Management.
Captain Kenneth Wemambu
Director of Operations
Capt. Kenneth is a veteran Pilot, Turbo-jet powered flight Engineer, safety inspector, Flight Dispatcher, Pilots’ and Flight Engineers’ Systems Ground School Instructor, Simulator and Instructor/Examiner.
He holds an MBA from the Metropolitan College, London, UK. He Majored in Corporate Strategic Planning. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the certified institute of Public Administrators, Nigeria, a Grand Fellow of the Certified Institute of Public Administrators, Ghana; and has been admitted into the Chartered Institute of Public Managers as a fellow. He is seized of over 32 years’ experience with a combined flight time of over 13,500 hours as a Pilot and Flight Engineer. During same period, he operated as a classroom instructor for Pilots and Flight Engineers on contract with the Directorate of Safety Regulations and Monitoring (DSRAM), an agency under the Federal Civil Aviation Authority (FCAA) for 5 years (June 1996- February 2002).
He was a B727 Flight Engineering Instructor and Flight Safety Manager in IRS, and rose to become its Director of Operations in March 2002. He promoted and served as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Kilofox Nigeria Limited and Country Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Airstream Aviation Services Limited.
He is currently the Director of Operations for Omni-Blu Aviation.

Air Commodore E. B Fisher (Rtd.), B.Sc, MNI
General Manager, Ground Operations
Air Commodore E. B Fisher is a retired Air Traffic Controller with over 3 decades industry experience. He worked in the Nigerian Air Force for several years and served in many operational and management capacities including serving as Director, Search & Rescue at Nigeria Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and as Director, Air Traffic Services at the Nigerian Air Force Headquarters. As a practitioner of renown in aviation operations, he is a valuable asset to the team as he brings with him a wealth of experience, skill and expertise in ground operations management and operations at large.
Olubukunola Hundeyin is a Quality Assurance Engineer who until her recent elevation as Safety Manager, served as the Quality Officer at Omni-Blu Aviation.
She began her career as Quality Assurance Engineer in 2010. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos, Post Graduate Diploma (PgD) in Quality Management System from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland and is a full member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers. During the past years, her work has focused on promoting continuous improvement of quality process, maintaining Quality Assurance system and activities of the organization. She works closely with the engineering, operations, customer service and regulatory authority to continuously promote and implement the quality program of the organization. Ensuring the organizational quality objectives and strategy are met through consistent internal /external audit and quality performance.
Amos Adesipe B.sc, MBA (Finance Mgt.), MCILRM, AAT, ACA
A Chartered Accountant with over 23 years’ experience in management of day-to-day financial activities of organizations and organizations’ finance policies and objectives. An excellent finance and accounting professional with a wealth of experience in preparation of financial reports, treasury management ,credit control, management of accounts receivables and payables, fixed assets and inventory management and control, personnel management, payroll administration, tax management, business finance, accounting, logistics, audit and investigations, strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, negotiations, finance/economic decision making.
